New Biblical Studies Class with Deacon William Hynes as Course Facilitator.

This course is a guide to a personal encounter with Christ.  He calls us to be his disciples, to trust him, to open ourselves to his merciful love, and to love others as he loved us.

Course occurs each Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 8 PM for 4 sessions – April 17 to May 8 in St. Joseph Hall at Blessed Sacrament Church, 1029 Delaware Avenue near West Utica.

Class is Live, in person and Virtual via Zoom.

The Monthly Food Collection supports the work of the Food Pantry at the Network of Religious Communities, 1272 Delaware Ave.

The following items are needed:  Non-perishable and Un-opened canned vegetables and soups; tuna fish; peanut butter, jams or jellies; cereals; pasta and pasta sauces; salad dressings; crackers and cookies; and coffee, tea and cocoa mix.

Items may be placed this weekend in the blue bin located in the vestibule of the church.

Many thanks to those who contributed to the Holy Week Food collection.  Two trunk loads of food were delivered to the Pantry.

Parishioners, along with all members of their household, who joined Blessed Sacrament in the past 40 months are cordially invited to a gathering in our historic Rectory, once a residence of the Seymour H. Knox II family.
